God-Centered:

Through faith we find our center in God and aspire to bring all things in heaven and on earth under His stewardship. We rely on His grace and His word as He guides our lives through worship and prayer. We surrender ourselves to God’s Spirit that our community may experience the transforming power of His love.

Relationship-Restoring:

From the beginning, God has desired loving relationships between people, and Himself. We confess that our sin shattered those relationships.  God was willing to sacrifice even the life of his only son, Jesus Christ, to bring about reconciliation.  We desire to respond to that sacrifice by joining God in His work.

Authentic:

We humbly offer ourselves to God and to the world as flawed people. We seek God’s guidance and encouragement to become more than we are, for our lives to be the authentic expression of what we believe.

Community:

We believe that God created us to live in community.  We devote ourselves to authentic, loving relationships with one another, from the smallest precious child to our elderly saints.  By sharing our needs and struggles, praying with and for one another and studying God’s word, we continue to grow in our understanding of God’s purpose for our lives.  We serve together in Christ's name  celebrating our diversity and delighting in our unity.

Embrace & Pursue the Good of All Creation:

We are made to join with God in caring for all of creation. We recognize that work  as sacred and humbly use our minds and bodies to serve according to the needs of the place we find ourselves. We strive to use our personal and collective talents and resources to meet the physical and spiritual needs of each other, the wider community and the world.
